Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
Pablo Arias Echeverría is the data controller responsible for processing the personal data of the user (hereinafter, the “USER”) and informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
For what purposes do we process your personal data?
We process personal data to maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations carried out include:

These communications will be sent by the CONTROLLER and will relate to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom an agreement has been reached. - Processing orders, requests, responding to inquiries, or any type of request submitted by the USER through any of the contact methods provided on the website.

On what legal basis do we process your personal data?
Processing is legitimised under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the USER’s consent: for sending commercial communications and newsletters.
- For the legitimate interests of the CONTROLLER: conducting market research, statistical analysis, and processing orders or requests submitted by the USER.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing or as required by applicable law. Once no longer necessary, data will be deleted using appropriate security measures to guarantee anonymisation or total destruction.
To whom will we disclose your personal data?
Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to achieve the purposes described above, and only with service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality agreements and data processing contracts as required by current privacy regulations.
What rights do you have?
Users are entitled to:

- Access, rectify, port, or delete personal data, and request limitation or object to processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (AEPD) if they consider that processing does not comply with applicable law.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
Users, by ticking the appropriate boxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or in download forms, expressly and freely consent that such data is required to process their request. Inclusion of data in other fields is voluntary.
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and undertakes to notify any changes.
All data requested via the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide optimal service to the USER. If all required data is not provided, the quality and relevance of the services and information offered may be limited.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with applicable data protection legislation, the CONTROLLER complies with GDPR and LOPDGDD requirements for processing personal data, and specifically with Article 5 of the GDPR, ensuring data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organisational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures established by GDPR and LOPDGDD to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated the relevant information so that USERS can exercise their rights.
